From firsthand chauffeured transportation to a digitally coordinated reservation business, Black Star LIMO demonstrates the same observation-led approach I apply to public operations.
I established Black Star LIMO in 2019 with an understanding of the demands of commercial transportation and a practical need to diversify against seasonal construction work. Following pandemic disruption, I shifted toward online reservations, Limo Anywhere back-office workflows, and partner fulfillment; the company later evolved toward Lead Intelligence & Marketing Optimization.
In New Milford, I took another route to continuity: recognizing the Town's use of Cartegraph, proposing additional road-network data work, and continuing through the winter when construction activity slowed.
